WHO WE ARE :

In the Beginning

In the beginning iboza.com was operated as a general partnership under the name of Northern Web Design and started September 1, 1998. At that time we had one owner full-time and one part-time. As our client base grew the business was incorporated and the company identity became iboza.com inc. and both owners made the move to full-time.

Shortly thereafter we added one full-time graphic designer and a part-time office manager. As of September 1, 2003, iboza.com is growing again with a full-time project coordinator/web designer.

We have also employed the services of several subcontractors and have numerous students from the Georgian College Web Professional Course and local high school systems. We believe in our community!

The Plan

Iboza.com's original plan was to offer a high level of custom website design with personalized service, so as far as that is concerned we have not changed. The tools we use and some of the services we have been able to offer our clients have definitely been improved on. An example would be rich media. Five years ago it was where the Internet was headed but in '03 it's become a reality. Successful business is about the experience and rich media delivers.

It's About Location

Being located in the heart of one of Canada's fastest growing communities has been a bonus. Our proximity to the Toronto market also gives us an obvious advantage... our staff can reach any Toronto based client within one hour to deliver personal service at rural rates.

In 1999 we out grew our surroundings and the office was relocated to the heart of Downtown Barrie on Collier Street. This served us well for several years but being always mindful of the customer experience we moved the business to Cedar Point one year ago. We now offer our clients easier access and a much improved service environment.
